Terji was born in 1995 and grew up in Faroe Islands. Since his 20’s, he has lived in a couple of places around the world, including Texas, Germany, England and now Denmark.
He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in film production from Norwich University of the Arts in 2020. Terji discovered his passion for filmmaking in primary school and furthered this passion in high school when he was to make satirical entertainment for the annual school parties and the graduation event. After high school, he started a Faroese sketch comedy site on social media with two of his friends. These sketches then developed into longer formats of filmmaking.
Terji likes to process dramatic premises with a humorous perspective. He tries to find funny moments in the darkest times, because he feels that humour is mankind’s strongest light in life.
